We all want what is best for our children; sometimes the best looks different to each of us.

As families shift and change, adapting becomes more challenging. I am here to help.

It is extremely daunting to face the challenges of separation and divorce with all of the emotional burdens, financial challenges and stressors that come with this process. It is difficult for parents, and it is difficult for children. Each family member has to evolve to meet the new challenges and to make the new family structure work for them. I am here to help navigate how this works for both parents and children.

About me

I have been working with families facing crisis and change for over 15 years. I received my Master’s degree from the University of Chicago in 2005, and I have been practicing social work ever since. Throughout my work with families, I have been struck by the profound resiliency people possess when faced with challenges in life. The strength that shows through is powerful, despite the pain inherent in change, evolution and growth.
